Early on in my career I crushed myself. I'd work 70 hours per week and run myself into the ground. Today, I'm focused on high-leverage, high-value work. Recruiting, fundraising, selling, building distribution, sending leads to my companies etc. It's less about my total hours worked vs how many good decisions I can make inside of my org.
