We also touched on what I learned from college sports and how trying to protect people from every struggle they face can backfire over time.

You can’t outsource judgment. You can’t simulate pressure. The only way to build that muscle is to make the call, see what happens, and learn from it.

Most people are so afraid of being wrong that they never get enough experience to get good. But if you start when the stakes are low, you build real confidence over time.
